About Me.

👋 Hey, I'm Daniel Chi, a Frontend Engineer with a non-traditional background. I studied gastronomy and worked in the food industry before discovering my passion for building digital experiences in 2021.

Most recently I led the migration of a legacy WordPress platform to a modern Next.js stack building a full production system with a multi-step booking funnel, CMS, fraud prevention, and analytics attribution from the ground up at Global Connect.

Before that I spent nearly 3 years at Q4 Inc. as a Web Developer II, delivering accessible UI solutions across 60+ enterprise client projects. I work primarily with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL — always focused on performance and WCAG AA compliance.
